|
Corinne Isaacs-Frontiero was born in Windsor, Ontario. She is a Paralegal and has a background in Behavioral Psychology. Her specialty is Project Management and Program Development. She has worked with individuals of vulnerable populations ranging in ages 4 to 105. Corinne has been successful in obtaining two Grants for Programs she has written.
Corinne resided in Canada until she was 16 and her family then moved to the United States where Corinne spent a total of 40 years. Having lived in both countries and after travelling abroad Corinne realized not many knew what it was like to live in Canada or be born Canadian. Through her travels and experiences, she found not many knew much about Canada other than it is cold, our coins are called Loonies and Toonies, our health care is free and yes, we are hockey fans. Corinne set out to share a glimpse of Canada that would educate not only Canadian children about what was so unique about being born Canadian; but it is her hope the book will also educate children from other countries about what it is like to be born and live in Canada.
